The challenges of cold & flu season are upon us. Do you or your loved ones experience recurrent colds & flus, or slow recovery times that leave you feeling under the weather for too long? Do you want to feel more empowered to take care of yourself and your loved ones through this season?
Plant medicine has so much to offer us, our families, and our communities through this time of year. Through understanding how herbs work in the body and the different reasons that people experience these immune challenges, we can choose effective and safe herbs that can reduce frequency, severity and duration of colds & flus. The results are often profound: fewer colds and the ones we do get are shorter and less awful.
Join clinical herbalists Oren Hercz and Ember Peters as we share how herbalists approach staying well during cold & flu season. We will talk about the issues we most commonly see at this time and highlight strategies we use to consistently help people move through cold & flu season with more resilience. We’ll introduce an approach that chooses herbs and strategies that best suit each person’s unique presentation.
